Towards a Complete Mapping of Kurdish Dialectology.

DialectMapping Together with my dear friends Raman and Anran, I have been working on creating an interactive map of the Kurdish dialects. This map is still very much work-in-progress, but it already seems quite promising! :D

Analysis of Phonology and Morphology in the Kobani Dialect.

KobaniAnalysis Raman and I have been working on analysing the phonology and morphology in the Kobani dialect of the Kurdish language. It has been absolutely amazing, how much we have been learning from each other while working on this project! :D

StudyToolkitVid Our student research project "StudyToolkitVid", a toolkit to study human perception of video material. Mentored by Prof. Dr. Timo Baumann got funded by the DDLitLab for 10,000€ :D Now Anran, Domi and I are working on expanding our work and hopefully soon be able to submit it to the KONVENS(?) :)

In the second semester of studying computer science, two friends and I decided to have a little fun with our math tutor at the time and carved our assignment onto wood, painted it white, and then added black for better readability :D
CrazyDeck Crazy Deck

Together with a dear friend (Domi), I designed and created the card game Crazy Deck. This took place over the entire time of us studying computer science at the university of Hamburg and will hopefully continue at some point when we find some free time again! Especially now that Anran joined us in creating a digital version for online multiplayer! :D
